Shapiro Administration Launches First-in-the-Nation Comprehensive Air Monitoring Study Through Collaboration with CNX

The PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) will monitor air emissions before, during, and after development of a well pad in Washington County – starting the most intensive study of unconventional gas wells in the nation. As a result of the collaboration between the Shapiro Administration and CNX, Pennsylvanians can also see live air quality monitoring results at CNX’s active well pads and compressor stations.
