There’s a lot of work and talent that goes into powering the Appalachian region—especially once the natural gas is extracted. Our hosts join Mentorship Academy students at the Eaton Power Services Experience Center (PSEC), diving deep into the electrical distribution process and the career pathways necessary to keep the lights on.
To fuel Appalachia First, CNX and the Mentorship Academy sets our students up for success in the region by identifying industry partners with the need for new talent. The time is now for the Mentorship Academy to find their fit at Eaton. From supply chain management to marketing and sales, aspiring professionals are encouraged to explore the endless opportunities and grow their career not only with Eaton, but also within the natural gas industry.
“We have openings that we cannot fill,” said Brian Brickhouse, President, Eaton Americas Region, Electrical Sector. “We’re out in the region encouraging young people to work for an industrial manufacturing company like Eaton.”
Eaton has more than 2,000 jobs posted for candidates with high school diplomas, associates degrees, and all the way up to doctorate degrees. To view the current openings, please visit www.eaton.com/careers.
The Mentorship Academy’s second annual visit to the PSEC marks a milestone for this year’s class. Moving forward, students will attend only the site visits relevant to their selected career track.
