CNX Foundation Donates $30,000 to Support Volunteer Fire Departments Across West Virginia
Blacksville, Hundred and Wadestown VFDs Receive Funding for New Supplies

CNX Foundation is proud to support the Wadestown, Hundred and Blacksville volunteer fire departments (VFDs) in funding new supplies, upgrades and training. Each department received a $10,000 contribution toward their operational efforts.
CNX Foundation commends the volunteer fire departments for their dedication toward making a tangible, impactful and local difference in their communities throughout the Appalachian Basin. With the contributions, the Blacksville, Hundred and Wadestown volunteer fire departments will continue to impact their communities thanks to CNX Foundation’s investment in long-term, sustainable returns for the region.
